each given an all expense paid trip to Sydney to visit the Test Kitchen of the Australian Women's Weekly, and learn kitchen secrets and recipes from

A HEALTHY START FOR KIDS!
Childhood obesity is regarded as one of Australia's major health issues. And its rate of growth is alarming.
This is the inspiration for the Healthy Start for Kids book project - a unique set of books packed with simple hints to help parents and kids think about healthy living in a new light.
The kids book is Try It, You Might Like It: Why grown-ups want you to eat and do stuff?. It is written in funky kid's language that speaks right to their everyday lives and is presented in a clear, fun, colourful style.
The parents' and carers' Book is 50 Great Tips for Healthy Kids. It is chock-full of simple, accessible messages for parents and carers that they can act on immediately and easily and encompasses Australia's wide range of ethnic and religious backgrounds.
